Fingerprinting Services

If you would like your fingerprints taken for employment or other checks, we can help. Arrive at the SDA / Fingerprinting window at the Sheriff's Office main entrance on Tuesday & Thursday from 9AM - 5:00PM. We close daily for lunch from 12PM – 1PM. Fingerprints for SDA, the fee is $25, for all other fingerprints, the fee is $15 per fingerprint card. Payment must be in the form of cashier's check or money order. Personal checks or cash is not accepted. You will then be directed to the jail to have your fingerprints taken.

Because the fingerprinting part of your application process will be done inside the Ottawa County Jail, you cannot bring the below list inside the Jail:

Cell phones
Children
Purses
Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives

You may bring in your cell phone and purse to the records window to help facilitate access to information needed for the paper portion of the application.
